Angry letters were sent to superintendents and Board of education members. They decided to allow the program to continue as before. But guess what? The admin told them they were running a volunteer program that was wanted everywhere, so when he got dissed like this, he went down the list of people wanting him to start the Portrait of a substitute teacher art shirt at their school and moved his people over the very next week.
